What is the “Satisfied or Refunded” Guarantee?

Liquid Land Pine Seed Oil is covered by the “Satisfied or Refunded” guarantee: this guarantee allows you to return the product if you are not happy with it. In this case, the Liquid-Land online store will refund the price paid (if the return conditions are met).

Return conditions:

After 30 days of use, if you are not satisfied with Liquid-Land pine seed oil, you can return it. We will bear the cost of the product and the shipping cost, within a maximum of 45 days from the date of receipt of the product, which means you will have 30 days to try the product and after this period you will have another 15 days to return it. To return your Liquid-Land oil you should contact customer support by filling out the form on the link https://www.liquid-land.com/returns/

By filling in the fields we request for the return, Liquid-Land will receive your request. A tracking number will be emailed to you the next business day. With this number you can go to a CTT post office and return your Liquid-Land oil. The costs of return are at our expense.

After receiving the order, Liquid-Land will evaluate the returned product and, if the conditions listed below are met, will refund the total amount paid, via bank transfer or paypal, within a maximum of 5 business days. The refund will be available in your account within an average period of 5 to 10 days.

For the return to be admitted, you must

• Respect the 30-day trial period and 15 subsequent days to process the physical return of the product;
• Contact us via form, indicating your email, IBAN and reason(s) for dissatisfaction, namely:
  • Allergic reaction
  • Damaged product
  • Slow absorption/ Too oily skin
  • Smell
  • Other reason(s). What reason? _____________________
• Only one return is allowed per buyer or address and only on the first purchase;
• The product must be returned in its original packaging (you should therefore keep the secondary packaging – circular cardboard and white cardboard packaging);
• It is not allowed to return and refund empty products, since, with one month of use (30 days), approximately 240 drops of the product will be used. Thus, the bottle should be filled with at least until 2/3 of its full capacity.
